This weekend is not about pressure or performance, but about slowing down, reflecting, moving your body, breathing deeply, and creating clarity for the year ahead.Through yoga, relaxation, good food, nature, and meaningful conversations, this retreat is designed to help you reset physically and mentally and return home feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded.The retreat is suitable for all levels. The focus is not on advanced poses, but on mindful movement, strength, mobility, relaxation, and self-awareness.

About Me

My Personal Journey
My journey into yoga and coaching began with a desire to feel more connected, grounded, and aligned.What started as a physical yoga practice soon became a path of self-awareness, teaching me the value of slowing down, listening inward, and creating space to reconnect with myself.This curiosity for personal growth eventually led me to coaching, where I discovered the power of reflection, meaningful conversations, and self-leadership.
Today, I combine my experience as a yoga teacher, coach, and learning professional to create spaces that support growth, clarity, and connection. Through movement, conversation, workshops, and shared experiences, I help people reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater confidence.Return to Self reflects the heart of this work: the belief that many of the answers we seek become clearer when we pause, listen, and reconnect with what truly matters.
Because sometimes the most meaningful journey is not about becoming someone else, it's about returning to yourself.
Beyond Yoga & Coaching
When I'm not teaching or coaching, you'll likely find me outdoors, hiking in the mountains, snowboarding in winter, or by the sea whenever I get the chance. Nature has always been one of my greatest teachers, reminding me to slow down, stay present, and trust the process.Originally from Greece and now living in Switzerland, I've experienced the growth that comes from stepping into unfamiliar places and embracing change. These experiences continue to shape how I approach both life and the work I do today.Alongside yoga and coaching, I work in learning and development and am fascinated by how people learn, grow, and uncover new possibilities for themselves.I value curiosity, authenticity, and meaningful conversations, and I share my home with a cat who regularly reminds me of the importance of rest and healthy boundaries.
